The auction takes place without loading and equipment.    The vehicle must be picked up no later than 14 days after the end of the auction by prior appointment (no shipping). After the end of the auction, the total amount must be paid in advance to the specified account details of the Verbandsgemeindeverwaltung Ulmen. In case of non-collection within the specified period, a stand fee of 15.00 euros per day is due for the vehicle. The receipt of payment and the confirmation of payment must have been made before collection. A corresponding proof shall be provided at the time of collection.   For reasons of liability, no staff or equipment can be made available during loading. The acquirer undertakes, where appropriate, to ensure that a suitable transport vehicle, load securing, transport aids and compliance with the regulations of the Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) and other transport regulations are complied with.   Vehicle documents (certificate of approval Part I and Part II) and a key are available.
