Subject matter of the contest: Credit to Form Contractor Sp. z o.o. for the repayment of the guarantee deposit with the protection of the subject matter of the contract for the execution of works of the day October 22, 2020, amounting to PLN 9,057,00 (nine thousand fifty-seven zlotys 00/100). The starting price is PLN 500,00 (five hundred PLN 00/100). II. Conditions for participation in the competition: 1. Submission of a written offer to purchase the claim described in point I together with the proposed purchase price. The price should be given in sum and in words and not lower than the call price. 2. A written purchase offer together with the proposed purchase price (submitted in amount and in words) must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the inscription "The Competitor of the Offers VIII GUP 557/21/S 9 November 2026 until 16:00, personally at the Syndician Office in Cracow, ul. Calvary 33/22 (30-509 Kraków) or by registered mail, courier. It decides the date of impact on the syndicate's firm. 3.
