A used boat with a 25-hp engine and a single-axle trailer is auctioned. The boat was used by the volunteer fire brigade Osterbrock and was in service until 09/2026. Manufacturer of the boat and further data from the boat not known!   The equipment includes two paddles, two seat planks and a Staubox in the bow area. The engine has a cable pull starter. As a known limitation, the cold start behaviour of the engine should be noted: After longer service life, the engine starts badly in the cold state. After the first start, further start processes were carried out reliably according to the previous experience. A statement about the cause of the difficult cold start cannot be made. The engine is expressly offered with this known limitation.   The auction scope includes the boat, the engine, the described trailer and the expressly listed equipment. Other objects that may be visible on the photos, especially in the background, are not part of the auction.   The side labels with the name "Feuerwehr Osterbrock" are to be removed from the buyer at his own expense after the purchase and before further use.   The acquisition of the boat does not involve any authority or special rights of use.   A survey before bid is expressly recommended. This is possible by prior appointment at the specified place of visit and pick-up. The condition of boat, engine and trailer as well as the scope of equipment can be taken into consideration. Any engine demonstration shall be coordinated in advance with the supplier.   The trailer is exclusively deregistered. The handover takes place after full payment receipt and prior appointment within the payment and collection period applicable to the auction. A dispatch or delivery does not take place. The purchaser shall be responsible for the organisation and costs of collection as well as the transport and loading measures required.   A transfer of the trailer in public road traffic is only permitted if all the relevant registration, insurance and traffic conditions are met. Otherwise, appropriate transport shall be organised. The acquirer shall pay particular attention to the permissible weights, to the suitability of the towing vehicle and to the proper securing of cargo.   Before commissioning again, the acquirer shall independently check the safe operation status of the boat and engine as well as the requirements applicable to the respective travel area. These include, where appropriate, necessary markings, registrations, qualifications and safety equipment.
