Syndicate established in bankruptcy proceedings p. Łukasz Paciorkowski announces the first competition of offers for the sale of a car-tow truck belonging to the fallen. The competition of offers and sales will be conducted in accordance with the following rules:I. The subject of sale is car-toll, no. SR BRM69, VIN: WV1ZZZ2FZ67002177 II. Each of the auctioneers can make one offer.III. Written offers in Polish can only be submitted by letter (by courier service or by means of a public postal operator . Poczta Polska S.A.) in a sealed envelope by 30 October 2026 inclusive, to the address of the syndicate: Lawyer's Office Sławomir Parus, ul. Rainbow 4/2, 60-275 Poznań with a clear inscription on the envelope: Tenders shall include:· proof of payment of a security deposit of 10% of the minimum price for the sale of the vehicle, for the account of the bankruptcy mass,· a declaration of familiarity with the terms of sale and acceptance without reservation,· original, legible signature of the tender,· in the case of tenderers not being natural persons, an actual discharge from the relevant a register documenting the right to submit binding statements of intent on behalf of the entity, by the person who has signed the tender and, if the tender is signed by a representative, also a mandate signed in accordance with the principle of representation,· a statement that the tenderer has been informed of the fact and legal status of the subject-matter of the sale and does not raise objections to it, · the full details of the tenderer (i.e. Especially PESEL or KRS, NIP, phone, email).V. At the latest on the last day of the time limit for the submission of tenders, under the terms of rejection of the offer, the person submitting the tender shall lodge a security deposit of 10% of the minimum selling price of the vehicle on the account of the bankruptcy estate: Sławomir Parus Lawyer's Lawyers' Law Firm, the bankruptcy of Łukasz Paciorkowski, account number: 57 1600 1462 1720 4719 3000 0001.VI. The security deposit paid by the participant whose offer is considered to be the most favourable shall be credited to the selling price; the security deposit lodged by the other participants shall be refunded immediately after the selection of the best offer.VII. The tenderers may be national and foreign natural persons, legal persons and organisational entities with legal capacity and capacity to act. VIII. Sales are run by Syndyk.IX. The Syndicate shall open tenders and select the most advantageous of them for the vehicle concerned or shall determine that the tender contest has been closed without the choice of any of them. In the event of the impact of more than one most advantageous offer, Syndyk reserves the right to hold an additional round of tenders among the tenderers who have submitted the most favourable offers.X. The outcome of the tender contest will be notified to all tenderers submitting an offer for the vehicle concerned.XI. Announcement and terms of the contest of tenders may be changed at any time.XII. The syndicate shall conclude a contract of sale within one month of the selection of the offer. The Syndicate may extend the period until the conclusion of the contract.XIII. The participant of the tender contest is bound by the offer until the expiry of the above deadline. The sale price less the security deposit paid should be paid and recorded in the bankruptcy account at the latest on the date of conclusion of the contract of sale of the vehicle.XV. Where a tenderer whose tender has been selected by the Syndicate withdraws from concluding a contract for the sale of a vehicle or the payment of the entire purchase price within a fixed period, he shall lose the right to purchase the vehicle concerned and the security deposit paid shall be forfeit in favour of the bankruptcy. On the date of conclusion of the contract of sale to the buyer, the benefits of movable property and charges arising from taxes and other public danins are passed on. Any cost of concluding a sales contract shall be borne by the buyer.XVIII. The seller shall not be liable for the physical and hidden defects of the vehicles sold, nor shall he provide guarantees or guarantees for the goods sold. XIX. The Syndicate reserves the right to withdraw from the sale at any time without giving a reason.XX. In cases not regulated under the terms of sale, the provisions of the Insolvency Law and the Civil Code will apply.
