EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The subject of the sale shall be: 1) ownership of land property, marked dz. nr 88/3 o pow. 0,1208 ha, KW No KN1N/00022061/9, for the most favourable price for bankruptcy, no lower than the minimum price i.e. PLN 3 286.50, 2) ownership of land property, marked dz. nr 270/1 o pow. 0,1621 ha, KW No KN1N/00022061/9, for the most favourable price for bankruptcy, no lower than the minimum price i.e. 38 884,50 zł, 3) right of ownership of land property, marked dz. nr 89/5 o pow. 0,0500 ha, KW No KN1N/00022061/9, for the most favourable price for bankruptcy, no lower than the minimum price i.e. PLN 1,360.50, 4) ownership of land property, marked dz. nr 266/3 o pow. 0,0590 ha, KW No KN1N/00049139/2, for the most favourable price for bankruptcy, no lower than the minimum price i.e. 13 386.00 zł. 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure. The security shall be paid at the latest on 27 October 2026 under the strict condition that the offer is rejected. The deadline for the payment shall be the period for the impact of the security on the amount specified in paragraph 5. 2 bank accounts. 3. Offers must be submitted until 28 October 2026, until 14:00 in person at the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor Łukasz Marciniak, ul. Henryk Sienkiewicz Square 2nd place. 22, 62-700 Turk (deciding the date of receipt of the offer to the Chancellery), from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 3.00 p.m. or via post. The tenderer may submit an offer for the purchase of one, two or more of the properties described in §2 (1) - (4) of the Rules of Procedure. Where an offer is submitted for the purchase of more than one immovable property, the offer shall indicate the price separately for each property. 4. The opening and recognition of offers will take place on 29 October 2026 at 13:00 in the Chancellery of Restructuring Advisor Łukasz Marciniak, ul. Henryk Sienkiewicz Square 2nd place. 22, 62-700 Turk. 5. The subject matter of the tender contest may be viewed, after having agreed on the date of the visit by telephone number 573 140 045 from the date on which the notice was published until the day preceding the last day of submission of tenders from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 15.00.
