This auction is a exploitation of third-party property that has been ensured by the provider. The seized vehicle has an unknown history. The vehicle is not ready for use and is not traffic safe when collected. The vehicle was and is parked outdoors, the paint is therefore dirty. The vehicle could only be viewed in a limited way, an inspection of the underbody, the engine compartment and the interior was not at all possible or only limited and a test drive or similar start-up tests were not possible. The interior is partially heavily contaminated by animal hair and sand. The only part of the auction is the described vehicle. The vehicle has been deregistered since September 2023. There's a radio key. At the time of the seizure in April 2026, the vehicle was capable of running.    The transport must be carried out independently with a trailer with sufficient securing material. A visit before the end of the auction as well as the collection by the buyer must be organized independently after prior appointment with the administrative office of the municipality Worpswede. A visit is expressly recommended prior to the submission of an offer. Costs for possible re-commissioning of the vehicle and/or the presentation of vehicle documents shall be borne by the acquirer. The acquirer shall receive a certificate at the time of collection of the vehicle which identifies him as owner of the car. There is no legal right to substitute documents. The acquisition of the documents required for the admission is the responsibility of the acquirer. After the award, the highest bidder will receive an e-mail with the necessary information for the transfer. The vehicle is handed over by bank transfer after full payment has been received. The pay and pick-up period is 10 days. If the vehicle is not paid and picked up by this time, it will be offered again. The highest bidder is liable for the possible loss of revenue. It is not possible to extend the deadline.
