Modulo Premium Pie 3 cooking positions. Closed, you can cook all your favourite recipes as if in an oven: pies, cakes, clafoutis, pies, gratins, pizzas, quiches... or even quiches without dough and frittatas for a lighter cuisine! Open to 90°C, you can sear your pan-fries as in a wok, a frying pan or a sauté pan. And why not combine two positions? Fry meat, fish or vegetables, then close in the oven and simmer... From rib steak to Cantonese rice, anything goes.
