Autumn Quality Auction

Description

RA Auktionsverket Norrköping welcomes you to the Autumn Quality Auction! The catalogue is extensive, with a varied and abundant selection of art, antiques, and design. The auction’s main attraction is an impressive work by Otto Pilny with a provenance stretching far back in time. Pilny’s fascination with the North African landscape truly comes into its own here. Quality of an entirely different kind is Märta Måås-Fjetterström’s “Nejlikan Blå” in tapestry technique. And as a total contrast to the two, there’s a pinball machine with a Guns N’ Roses theme. You’ll also find fine silverwork, Scandinavian furniture design, classical painting, modern pewter, Flora Danica porcelain, sculptures by Stan Wys, and quite a bit more. A Breitling Chronomat 44 is a precision piece in a smaller format. The Drabant sword M/1710 is a collector’s item. And for the auction’s most dramatic scene, Markus Larson is responsible, with his fighting ship from 1857. Welcome!Show more
