The pallet truck is rolling, battery OK The guide no longer has restraint and falls back strongly as soon as it is released. The charging cable is heavily damaged. (direct charging no charger) The main (drive) wheel needs to be replaced. The emergency stop button and the power button are working normally. The charging plate has been torn off and is therefore no longer present. No serial number is visible on the hardware. No recent work.
