Description
Approx. Ø46mm, 18K gold, engraved coat of arms on the back, case and work number equal to 37518, early band kicks, lower band kick with repair point, hinge back, housing work and dial signed, high-fine calibre with 22 stones and fine regulation, dial with Breguet dials, 30-minute counters, golden hands, leather bracelet, functional and very well preserved. The earliest wristwatch slip-point chronograph was made in 1923 by Patek Philippe as a single piece, then in series from 1927. This Audemars Piguet chronograph finished the number between 1926 and 1929 and is therefore one of the earliest bracelet chronographers with towing pointers. ==References====External links== Pocket watches modified. It is probably a single piece on customer wash with modified housing. In series production, Audemars Piguet did not produce wristwatches with tow pointer chronographs at this time.
