The Syndicate announces a competition for the sale of land property rights in the Nova Bankruptcy syndicate, a natural person not engaged in an economic activity, pursuant to Article 311 (1) of the Law of 28.02.2003. Bankruptcy law announces a written open-ended competition for the sale of the assets of the bankruptcy estate, consisting of the sale free-hand acquisition of a share of 1/2 of the ownership of the built-in land property, located in Warmia-Mazurskie Voivodeship, Elbląg County, Elblag Municipality, Węzina 21, 0028, nr 72/2, pow. 3.266 m2, KW No EL1E/00069465/1. Sales have consequences of execution sales. Neither the fallen syndicate shall be liable to the purchaser for the deficiencies or disadvantages of the object sold. The purchaser shall not be entitled to return the acquired object. The starting price of the item of sale is PLN 183.00.00 (in words: one hundred and eighty three thousand zlotys and 00/100). The sale and acquisition of ownership of the premises will take place in the state in which they are on the date of sale. The organizer of the competition is the bankruptcy mass syndicate Daria Dampc-Call (license number: 1484). IMPORTANT! In the absence of payment of the security, the offer shall be deemed not to have been lodged.
