The syndicate announces a competition for the sale of property rights for residential property The bankruptcy syndicate, a non-business natural person, announces a written open-ended tender contest for the sale of bankruptcy assets. The subject of the competition shall be the sale of: 6/24 parts in property rights of residential property with residential function located in Pomorskie voivodship, district tczewski, commune Pelplin, Stocki Mlyn 1, consisting of a residential premises marked with number 3 with a usable area of 49.60 m2 together with a room belonging to the cellar of Pow. 5,00 m2 for which the District Court of Tczew IV Department of Perpetual Books maintains the perpetual book No GD1T/00033660/9 and a share of 147/1,000 parts in common real estate, including land ownership rights and parts of common buildings and equipment which are not used exclusively for the use of owners of premises (perpetual real estate book GD1/00033618/0), at the call price not less than PLN 30.00.00 (in words: PLN thirty thousand and PLN 00/100). The organizer of the competition is the bankruptcy mass syndicate Daria Dampc-Call (license number: 1484). The sale and acquisition of a share of the real estate will take place in the state in which they are on the date of sale. Sales have consequences of execution sales. Neither the fallen syndicate shall be liable to the purchaser for the deficiencies or disadvantages of the object sold. The purchaser shall not be entitled to return the acquired object. IMPORTANT!
