The object of the sale is the property comprising the hotel and service complex and the fuel station: 1.Property of the hotel and service facilities Eternal books: PT1R/00084848/5 and PT1r/00076746/1 The property includes registration parcels No 478/3, 478/4 and 479 with a total area of 3,8522 ha, intended in accordance with the local spatial planning plan as an area marked with the symbol of 1U, non-production services, including hotels and services related to catering and recreation. The property consists of an investment consisting of a hotel and service building designed as an unsubstituted, ground-floor facility with a utility loft.
