EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The subject of the sale shall be: (a) property ownership of land-based property marked with plot No 10/9, pow. 3899 m2, covered by KW No GD1R/0068638/8 with an estimate of PLN 250 000,00, (b) ownership of property built in a summer and hunting building marked with plot No 478, pow. 6400 m2, covered by the perpetual book number GD1R/00059783/3 with an estimate of PLN 335 000,00, (c) the ownership of the built-in land property, marked with plot No 10/1, pow. 8818 m2, covered by KW No GD1R/00060966/0, estimated at PLN 1 226 000,00, (d) the ownership of the built-in land property, marked with plot No 10/3, pow. 841 m2, covered by KW No GD1R/00064422/3, estimated at PLN 66 000,00, for the total price most favourable to the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 1 877 00.00 (one million eight hundred seventy seven thousand zlotys 00/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
