Announcement of free-of-hand sales In the bankruptcy proceedings of Iwonny Rolska, Kubicz PESEL (PESEL 53062403445), a natural person not engaged in a business activity under the signature of Act IX Gup 612/21, announces that in accordance with Article 49111a, paragraph 1. 1 The Bankruptcy Law sells free-of-hand part of the bankruptcy estate which is: the claim against the General Savings Fund Bank Polski S.A. resulting from sums unduly collected after bankruptcy in the total amount of PLN 2.227.66 and the statutory interest for the delay, at the minimum price: for the amount of PLN 1893,41 (in words: one thousand eight hundred ninety-three zlotys 41/100) representing 85 % of the nominal value. Other defects shall be returned within 14 days of the selection of the offer.
