-Building for sale of real estate- The bankruptcy syndicate TEA Development sp. z o.o. will sell in bankruptcy free of charge: land property located in the Angles for which the perpetual book WA1I/00037670/5 is kept participation of 2/11 in property rights of land property located in Kąty for which the perpetual book WA1I/00024667/7 is kept The starting price is PLN 2.059.145.06 net. The property was managed by a development investment consisting in the construction of 11 residential segments. The sale will take place in the form of a call for tenders (merger or auction) under the terms laid down by the syndicate in Annex 5 to the application of 10 May 2022. The sale should not end before the decision of the Commissioner's Judge of 26 January 2022 to allow the continuation of the development project to cease. If the syndicate receives two identical offers for the acquisition of real estate and in the absence of a bid, the receiver should prefer the offer of the tenderer, who will undertake to establish a separate ownership of the single-family house for Mariusz and Jarosława Kwapiszów, Renata Opali and Waldemar Dudzik.
