1. The bankruptcy mass syndicate invites you to submit offers for the purchase of a part of the bankruptcy estate in the form of property ownership of land property, i.e. the registered plot No 118/16 with an area of 0.0928 ha, located in the village of Żukówko, the municipality of Parchowo, the district bytowski, the Pomeranian Voivodeship, for which this property is owned by the District Court in Bytów IV Faculty of Wieczysty. The conclusion of the contract of sale in the form of a notarial act will take place in a notary firm with its registered office in Gdansk, indicated by the syndicate. 13. The buyer acquires the property in question free of charge and is not liable for the liabilities of the failing party (Article 313 of the Insolvency Act). 14. The sale and acquisition of the property will take place in the actual state in which it is situated on the date of sale. 15.
