EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is the property right of the built-in land property, located in the village of Sęcieniejewice 12, o pow. 0,3100 ha, dz. nr 115/1, for which the District Court in Zduńska Wola keeps the perpetual book No SR1Z/00023214/9, at the most favourable price for the bankruptcy mass, no lower than the minimum price i.e. 737 250,00 zł (say: seven hundred thirty-seven thousand two hundred fifty zlotys 00/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a deposit of 10% of the call price of the property into the bankruptcy balance.
