The object of sale in free-hand mode is the share of 1⁄2 of property rights of unbuilt land property, plot no evid. 37/16 with an area of 0,0505 ha, described in the perpetual book OL1E/00027350/6, located in the village of Mrozy Wielkie, geodesic area 29-Mrozy Wielki, commune of Elk, county of łcki, warmińsko-mazurskie. § 2 Terms of sale in free-hand mode 1. Natural and legal persons and organisational entities without legal personality established in accordance with the law and to which separate provisions confer legal capacity may join the tender/auction. 2.
