The bankruptcy syndicate announces that it will sell a share of 1/6 properties: Ground property built in a single-family residential building is located in Aleksandrów Łódzkim, at ul. Ignacy Jan Paderewski 5, round 0003. For the property is kept the perpetual book No LD1G/00038811/1 by the District Court in Zgierz, the 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books, according to which the property constitutes the object of the property right. The perpetual book includes the registration plot No.383 of 0003 Aleksandrów Łódź with an area of 505 m2. At the date of valuation, plot No.383 is built a single-family residential building in a freestanding, ground-floor building with a non-use loft. The usable area of the residential building is 158,13 m2. The object of the sale is a share of 1/6 in property rights.
