The bankruptcy syndicate of a non-business natural person, Emanuel Nawara, announces the sale of the property located in Koziegłowy, at ul. The written tender shall include: the tenderer's designation (name, surname, address of residence, PESEL number, telephone number), the description of the property described above, the statement of recognition and acceptance of the tenderer with the facts and legal status of the immovable property, the indication of the price offered and the signature of VIII GUP 100/21, the signature by the tenderer. The tender shall be accompanied by proof of payment of the security to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass. The time limit for opening and recognising tenders shall be 25.10.2022 at 5 p.m. 10:00. Opening of offers and selection of the most advantageous offer will be recorded by the syndicate. The purchase price should be paid by the purchaser in full to the bankruptcy account at the latest on the date of conclusion of the sale contract. The sale agreement will be concluded immediately. The security paid by the purchaser shall be credited against the purchase price, the remaining tenderers shall be reimbursed without delay.
