Announcement Syndicate of the bankruptcy mass STAL-MET Spółka z o.o. in liquidation bankruptcy with its registered office in Chełmno announces a written tender for the sale of parts of the movable property forming part of the insolvency mass STal-MET Sp. z o 1. The subject of the written tender is the movable property belonging to the mass of the bankruptcy of STAL-MET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in the liquidation bankruptcy with its registered office in Chełmno, at ul. Łunawska 31, hereinafter referred to as "real estate or subject to sale', in such a factual and legal condition as are at the date of the notice of publication of the tender, contained in the inventory of the assets of bankruptcy in fixed assets in point. II.1 (property of technical equipment and machinery) in Table 1 below: 1) eccentric press 16c (heading 70) mechanical department, estimated: PLN 15 200,00, call price: PLN 12 160,00; 2) press HERMAN SK25 (heading 72) mechanical department, with an estimate of: PLN 7 100,00, call price: PLN 5 680,00; 3) press SK 25 (heading 73) mechanical department, estimated: PLN 6 800,00, call price: PLN 5 440,00; 4) Abus gantry 5 t (heading: 100) Painting hall, estimated: 57 058,00 zł, call price: 45 646,40 zł; 5) Abus 3,2 t crane (heading 101) Painting hall, estimated at: 43 081,00 zł, call price: 34 464,80 zł; 6) Intertech 8 t crane (heading: 102) warehouse hall, estimated: 60 098,00 zł, call price: 48 078,40 zł; 7) Intertech 5t crane (heading: 103) warehouse hall, estimated at: 57 170,00 zł, call price: 45 736,00 zł; 8. a lacquer line constituting a technological string consisting of the following movables: a painting chamber for melting (heading 105), a painter for passing dryer (heading 106), a painter for passing wash (heading 107), a painting cabin for Gemma (heading 108) and a conveyor belt with ventilation of the painters (heading 39). The lacquer line together with the ventilation of the paint shop were estimated at a total amount of PLN 723 850,00, including a lacriminal line of PLN 642 465,00, and a ventilation of a paint shop for a total of PLN 81 385,00. The object of the sale is the paint line with the ventilation of the paint shop, not its individual elements, because the above mentioned paint line and ventilation of painters are inextricably connected. The starting price of the lacquer line with the ventilation of the paint shop: 510 195,00 zł; 9) TMC milling machine (heading 109) mechanical department, worth: 23 333,00 zł, call price: 18 666,40 zł. The starting price of movable property in the point. 1-7 and 9 are set at 80% of the price of the estimate and the call price of movable property in point. 8 was set at 70% of the estimate price. 2. The value of the individual movable property which is the subject of a written tender has been determined in the estimated operation of 31.03.2020 drawn up by the property assessor of the court. 3. The tender shall be tendered free of charge by the syndicate under the conditions laid down in the written invitation to tender rules. 4. Any costs relating to the acquisition, dismantling and removal of movable property from the present place of storage under the terms of the written invitation to tender shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser of the individual movable property. 5. The conditions for entering a written tender shall be to submit a valid written offer with the proposed purchase price of individual movable property and to pay a security of 10% of the call price of the individual movable assets for which the offer is submitted by 19 December. 2022 (recognition of the STAL-MET bankruptcy account) to the bank account of the bankruptcy estate under the name: "STAL-META' Sp. z o.o. in liquidation bankruptcy no 56 1020 5011 0000 9902 0252 6960. 10. The offer shall include: (a) the tenderer's name or name, address or registered office in question, the trader being required to file a copy of the relevant register and, in the event of action by the agents, the power of attorney, the NIP, REGON or PESEL number; (b) the price offered for the purchase of the individual movable property /conclusively determined and not by indicating the grounds for its determination/ / not by stating the basis for the tender for the acquisition of several movable property shall be indicated on the offer price for each movable property separately; (c) the proposed deadline for payment; (d) proof of payment of 10% of the call price of the individual movable property for which the offer has been submitted; (e) a statement of the facts and legal status of the subject-matter of the invitation to tender and of the acceptance without reservation of the written terms of the tendering procedure laid down in the Rules of Procedure; (f) an indication of the bank account to which the security is to be returned; (g) the offer should be signed by the persons authorised to represent the Tenderer and include appropriate authorisations for those conducting further negotiations. The terms of validity of the tender shall be to submit the documents specified by the tenderer. in the Rules of Procedure in originals or notarially certified copies, the copies of the official registers shall be kept up-to-date, issued by the competent authorities not earlier than one month after the offer has been submitted. 11. A security lodged by a tenderer whose tender is not refundable in respect of the (part) in which the tender has not been selected within seven days of the examination of the tenders; a security paid by the tenderer whose offer on the individual movable property is selected shall be credited to the purchase price in so far as (part of) the offer has been selected; the security shall be forfeit on in the event of failure to conclude a contract of sale for reasons attributable to the tenderer. 12. The examination of tenders shall be carried out by the syndicate on 21 December 2022.
