The object of the sale is steel waste post-production, old and exploited parts of machinery and equipment, steel chips, profile tips, two-sections, bricks, angles, pieces of sheet remaining after laser cutting, used cutting tools and all small metal elements which do not have operational or commercial value, for a price not less than PLN 0,82 net per kg plus VAT at the rate in force Possibility to arrange a meeting in order to view the subject of sale, available under tel. 513-438-973 (contact only from Monday to Friday from 4 p.m. 7:00, 14:00.) The object of sale is entirely located in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyskie. The weight must be in the area of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyskie. Receivable only after prior payment of the deposit with the value of the scrap received. The deadline for the submission of tenders shall be 20 November 2026 and shall determine the date of impact of the offer to Syndicus. In the event that Syndicate receives more than one offer within the period referred to above, and in addition offers which concern such property will be at least equal to the minimum price, the Syndicator will auction to all tenderers who have submitted valid and effective tenders within the time limit. The call price during the auction will be the highest bid price offered by tenderers admitted to auction. The Syndicator will give this to the auction participants, which will offer the highest price, which after twice repeated by the auctioneer no auction participants will increase (the third repetition of the offered price will be equivalent to its acceptance). The sale will only be possible after the tenderer has paid the entire fixed selling price into the bank account of the bankruptcy. The selling price determined as a result of the selection of the tender is final and is not negotiable. Any costs arising from the conclusion of a sales contract, including loading, unloading and transport costs in full, shall be borne by the buyer of the tenderer; Sales made in insolvency proceedings shall have the effect of enforcing the sale. The provisions concerning the sale in enforcement proceedings are laid down in Articles 864 et seq. of the Civil Procedure Code.
