The syndicate of the bankruptcy of Filip Kobyliński, a natural person who does not carry out business activities in bankruptcy (act XI Gup 960/20) announces a tender contest for the sale of land-based property located in Dębina, the municipality of Pniewy, the district of Szamotulski, marked with plot number 10/43 and 10/44 with a total area of 15 263 m2, for which the perpetual book No. PO1A/00033253/7 by District Court in Szamotuły, V Department of Perpetual Books, at a price not less than PLN 1 403 730,00 (in words: one million four hundred three thousand seven hundred thirty zlotys 00/100). The property has a regular shape, similar to a rectangle. Lands built with production buildings, warehouse, garage and old weight. The area around the objects is partially hardened with concrete slabs and concrete pouring. The remaining area covered with vegetation is grassy, shrub and trees. The property area is partially fenced. Access to the property takes place from the side of the district road No 1874P. The closest surroundings of the property are residential buildings and agricultural areas. The property is separated by approx. 36 km from the administrative borders of Poznań. Confirmation of the deposit shall be annexed to the tender. The confirmation must indicate the fact that the transaction is booked. The opening of the offers will take place on 2 January 2023 at the Syndyka Office in Krakow at ul. Rakowicka 10b/7. The syndicate shall, in the event of the submission of several tenders, in which the price shall be at least the minimum price, carry out an oral auction between the tenderers in order to select the highest price bid.
