Andrzej Trotsky (rights number 3922) for the amount of PLN 29 786,00. The current value of the property was set at PLN 38.00.00. at a price of 85% of the value of the individual parcels. The overseer shall allow the sale of each parcel separately. A security of 10% of the value of the estimated property shall be paid as a condition for participation in the proceedings. The sale is based on a legally approved arrangement which provides for the satisfaction of creditors with the price obtained from the sale of the property described above.
