The object of the sale is a share of 5/8 of the ownership of the property no. 39 which is a separate property located in Tomaszów Mazowiecki at ul. Armii Krajowej 8 with a share in the amount of 5085/397151 parts in the property right of plot No. 1190 within 0013 and the same share in parts of the common building, with a usable area of 50,85 m2, for which The District Court in Tomaszów Mazowiecki 5th Faculty of Perpetual Books runs the perpetual book No. PT1T/00064964/0. 2. The starting price is PLN 131 110. 3. The apartment is currently inhabited by 1 person of the co-owner. The second co-owner lives abroad. The syndicate shall not make a statement to the notarial act of submission to execution of the premises. The Syndicate does not have keys to the apartment, the keys have only a co-owner. According to the order of the Judge-Assigned District Court in Piotrków Trybunalski, the owner has the right to reside in the premises until the day preceding the conclusion of the sale contract. The syndicate does not guarantee that the owner will move out of the apartment after sale and hand over the keys to the apartment. By participating in the competition, you accept the risk of not moving out the owner of the apartment. 4. The participant in the competition should pay 10% of the call price under the strict rule of not allowing the competition to enter the competition. The tender shall be accompanied by the following documents, which form an integral part of the tender: a. proof of payment of the security to the bank account of the bankruptcy mass, b. in the case of tenderers who are not natural persons, the actual discharge from the relevant register documenting the right to make binding statements of will on behalf of the entity concerned by the person who has signed the tender, c. power of attorney signed in accordance with the rules of representation if the offer is signed by the representative. 8. Where a joint offer is submitted, the type of joint ownership shall be determined and the share of joint-ownership shall also be determined in part. 9. The notice and the sales regulations may be amended or revoked at any time. An invitation to tender (the tender contest) may be closed without selecting any of the tenders. 10.
