Announcement In bankruptcy proceedings under the signature of the GD1G/GUp-s/293/2025, the insolvency syndicate announces a written tender for the sale of real estate in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 311 (2). 1 Bankruptcy rights, i.e. free of charge: share in the amount of 1⁄2 parts in the property rights of dwelling No. 1, located in Słupsk, Pomorskie voivodship, at ul. Siegetyński 14 with a usable area of 65,33 m2, consisting of 3 rooms, kitchen, corridor, bathrooms with WC on the ground floor in multi-family building No 14, for which the District Court in Słupsk, VII The Department of Perpetual Books maintains the perpetual book No. SL1S/00108566/1 with a share of 1053/10000 in the common property which constitutes the land and parts of the building and equipment, which are not exclusively for use by the owners of the premises for which the above mentioned. The court keeps an eternal ledger of SL1S/00034068/0 at the call price not less than 65% of the market value of the share, i.e. the amount of PLN 87.620,00 (in words: eighty-seven thousand six hundred twenty zlotys). Conditions for the competition of tenders 1. The detailed terms and conditions of the tender contest are laid down in the Rules of Procedure for the tender competition, which shall be made available by e-mail to the tenderer at the request of the tenderer. The condition for entering the competition of tenders is, among others, a written statement of the knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition. 2. Tenders must be submitted by 18 September 2026 at the Legal Counsel and Restructuring Advisor Anna Zalewska (76-200 Słupsk, al. May 3th, 44th. 48) until 3 p.m. 4:00. Tenders sent by registered letter or courier shall be deemed to have been submitted within the time limit if they enter the Registry by 18 September 2026. 3. Tenders shall be submitted in two separate envelopes. The main envelope inside the correspondence envelope shall contain a note: The offer to acquire a share of the real estate in the bankruptcy proceedings of the act GD1G/Gup-s 293/2025 does not open. The main envelope must bear the exact designation of the applicant, i.e. the name and business name and the place of residence/seat with the contact number and e-mail address. 4. The condition for participation in the competition is to pay a security of 10% of the call price, i.e. 8.762,00 zł. The security shall be paid into the bank account of the bankruptcy estate referred to in § 4 (4). 1 Rules of Procedure of the tender contest By 18 September 2026 including the title "Waldium', the name of the act "GD1G/GUp-s/293/2025'. Decides the date of recognition of the bankruptcy balance with the full amount of the deposit. 5. Each offer shall contain: (a) the exact indication of the tenderer (name and full name or full name with an indication of his legal form, address of residence or registered office) and the contact number, (b) an e-mail address and a statement that the tenderer agrees to send the correspondence to the address given, (c) a price at least equal to the call price, expressed in digits and words; in the event of a discrepancy, the price expressed in words shall be determined; (d) a statement that the tenderer has read the Rules of Procedure and its acceptance; (e) a statement that the tenderer undertakes to pay all charges relating to the purchase (notarial tax, court fees, other court fees and charges); (f) a statement that the tenderer has become aware of the technical state of the subject-matter of the sale and does not raise any objections; (g) a statement that the tenderer has become aware of the current legal situation and does not raise any objections; (h) a statement that the tenderer is aware of the exclusion of guarantees under Article 558 (1) (c); (i) the signature itself. 6. The model tender is Annex 1 to the Rules of Procedure. 7. The offer shall be accompanied by: (a) a copy of the relevant register or records (in the case of traders); (b) the authorisation required under the Commercial Companies Code by the company's authorities to acquire the subject of sale; (c) a statement that the spouse does not remain or remain in the property regime, together with the written consent of the spouse to submit the offer, participate in the auction and acquire the subject of the sale; (d) a document confirming the right of the signatory to represent the buyer; (e) proof of payment of the security. 8. All documents annexed to the tender shall be submitted in the original or in a notarial copy certified for compliance with the original under the rigour of rejection of the tender, the documents submitted in a tender contest may be certified by the representative in the case of a lawyer. 9. The opening and processing of offers will take place at the Legal Counsel and Restructuring Advisor Anna Zalewska, al. May 3th, 44th. 48 in Słupsk on 21 September 2026 at 3 p.m. 11:00. The rules of the written competition will be available in the National Debt Register and the syndicate law firm in Słupsk, al. May 3th, 44th. 48 weekdays between 8:00 and 4:00 p.m.
