The starting price of movable property shall be 80% of the price of the estimate shown in the table. In the first place, the Syndicate will consider offers for the purchase of all movables together. In the absence of offers to purchase all movable property, the Syndyk will consider offers for the purchase of individual movable property. The condition for proceeding shall be the payment of the security.
