The body with finely chased decoration of rocaille, fruits, and foliage with C scrolls. Each side with an asymmetrical C scroll cartouche. One side engraved with a contemporaneous coat of arms, the obverse with a crest of a demi-dragon with wings elevated and addorsed. The spout with foliage and scroll sections, all with a rocaille junction, the foot with chased foliage and rocaille. Fully marked underneath, maker’s mark struck twice, the lid unmarked.
