The fig shaped bowl with a tapering faceted stem, with a cast rounded seal terminal with V joint. Later engraved with 18th century script to the upper junction of bowl front and back with initials WEH in plain script. The terminal with 16th century prick dot engraved initials I B heightened with interwoven scrolls inbetween. Traces of gilding to the finial. Fully marked between stem and bowl.
