Robert Cattle entered into a partnership with James Barber sometime before 27th December 1807, when submitting their first parcel of silver for assay. Given the time it would take to have a new punch cut, the first two submissions of silver for this partnership on Dec 27th 1807 (130 ozt) and January 1st 1808 (123 ozt), would have needed to be marked with the old punch of RC. This partnership was dissolved on the 1st of January 1814.
