The offer under the terms of rejection should include: (a) the exact designation of the Offerer by indicating the following personal data:• the name and/or the company name of the Tenderer;• the registered address/address of the Offer; • the legal form of the offerer and the number of the KRS, REGON and NIP (depending on the legal status of the Provider), and in the case of a natural person no PESEL;• current (not older than 3 months) discharge from the KRS, CEIDG or other registers (depending on the legal form of the Tenderer); (b) the offered purchase price of the parking space, which should be expressed in amount and in words and must not be less than PLN 27.500,00 (in words: twenty seven thousand five hundred zlotys); (c) proof of payment of the security to the indicated bank account of the bankruptcy estate is 10% of the value of the price (PLN 2.750,00) and should be paid on bank account held by Erste Bank Polska S.A. with number 86 1090 1362 0000 0001 5571 4577; (d) any permission and consent if required by law by virtue of the person or company of the Tenderer; (e) in the event of act by the proxy, the original document granting the power of attorney in the form of a notarial act to represent the Tenderor in the contest of tenders; (f) indication of the number the bank account to be repaid in the event of non-selection of the offer; (g) the Tenderer's statement that:• there is no grounds for exclusion as set out in § 2 (2). 2 of these Rules;• a natural or married person and, if so, acquires a parking space for the joint property of spouses or personal property.
