Act LD1M/GUp-s/511/2026 NOTICE The insolvency syndicate of a non-business natural person announces a competition for the sale of movable property belonging to the bankruptcy estate under the following conditions: 1. The object of the sale are the movables included in the bankruptcy mass, i.e.: Thule Euroway 920 bicycle trunk; computer in the HP office enclosure with monitor HP Elite Display E221, keyboard and mouse; radio Tecon PL 330; radio ATS 200 and bike Romet Wagant 6. 2. Movements are offered for sale together as a collection or separately, subject to the offer covering the purchase of movable property together as the collection will be considered with priority before offers covering the acquisition of individual movable property. 3. The starting price of the set of movable property is PLN 3.184.59, while the starting price for individual movements is: 1) Romet Wagant 6 bike 1.500,00 zlotys; 2) radio ATS 200 . 284.60 zloty; 3) Tecon PL 330 radio 399.99 zloty; 4) Thule Euroway 80.0 zloty bike boot; 5) computer in HP office enclosure together with HP Elite Display E221 monitor, keyboard and mouse 200,00 zlotys. 4. Written offers in Polish may be submitted in a sealed envelope by 22 October 2026 until 16.00 p.m. (decides the date of delivery of the offer to the given address) at Hubert Sidowski's address: Syndyk włosności, Kancelaria Adwokacka, ul. Piramovic 2nd place. 12, 90-254 Łódź with a clear indication on the envelope of the LD1M/Gup-s/511/2026. 5. The notice and the rules of the competition may be amended or cancelled without reason. The Syndicate is not obliged to accept the offer submitted. The refusal to accept a tender shall not be justified. 8. The syndicate shall conclude a contract of sale within not more than two months of the date of selection of the offer.
