The Syndicate established for Barbara Wilczyk as a natural person not engaged in business activity announces the first date of sale in the tender contest and invites you to submit offers to acquire ownership of a share of 1/3 part in the property no. 26 located in Poznań on the estate Piastowski No. 56, for which the District Court of Poznan Stare-City in Posen carry out the perpetual book with the number KW PO2P/00240706/4 together with the participation of 4334/2217350 in the property law of the land and the part of the common building for which the permanent book with number PO2 P/00230553/3 is kept. The offered purchase price of ownership of a share of 1/3 of the above-mentioned property may not be less than PLN 146 600 (in words: one hundred and forty six thousand six hundred zlotys). The security represents 10% of the minimum price of the property and amounts to PLN 14 660,00. The closing date for the submission of tenders shall be 30 October 2026. It shall be decided on the date of delivery of the tender to the address indicated. Tenders shall be opened by 06 November 2026. Sales can be made at the most favourable price offered not less than PLN 146.60.00 (in words: one hundred and forty six thousand six hundred zlotys), which does not take into account taxes and charges which the buyer will have to pay in connection with the acquisition of the item of sale. 6. The date of impact (day and hour) of the offer to the Syndic Office is decisive, even if the offer is sent by post or using the courier service. The offer that entered the Syndician Office after the deadline will not be dealt with. 9. The offerer undertakes to pay the price offered and the taxes due when submitting the offer. 10. The admission to the competition should pay until 28 October 2026 a security deposit of PLN 14 660,00 (in words: fourteen thousand and sixty zlotys) to the bank account held for the storage of funds of the bankruptcy of Barbara Wilczyk in Erste Bank Polska S.A. with number: 91 1090 1346 0000 0001 5348 8359. 11. The security shall be forfeit in favour of the mass if the successful tenderer withdraws from concluding the contract within the time limit set by the syndicate as the seller; the security lodged by the successful bidder shall be calculated against the purchase price; the remaining tenderers shall be refunded the nominal amount of the security within 7 working days of the date of the award. The deposit is interest-free. 12. If at least two tenders meet the formal requirements of the tender contest, the syndicate shall select a bid offering a more favourable purchase price. 13. Where, following the opening of tenders, it is found that at least two correct tenders have been received with a proposal for acquisition referred to in point. 4 of the subject-matter of the sale and at the same price as the highest purchase price offered, the syndicate may carry out an additional oral bidding between those entities. To this end, within 3 (three) days of the opening of the tenders, the syndicate shall send an e-mail address to the tenderers to participate in the oral auction, indicating the date and place of the auction. The bidding will take place under the following conditions: (a) the call price shall be the highest price proposed by the tenderers admitted to bid, (b) the bidding will be carried out by raising the hand of the person involved in the oral auction and by giving a loud indication of the price offered, (c) the tender submitted during the bidding process shall be binding until a higher bid has been submitted, (d) the auction takes place in such a way that the administrator shall start at the call price and the auction participants shall offer higher prices, except that the price increase may not be lower than the price laid down in the Rules of Procedure, (e) the auction shall be set at no less than PLN 1 000,00 (in words: PLN 1 000), (f) the syndicate selects the bid participant (s) who has offered the highest price, which has not been increased twice by the conductor. The third repetition of the evaluation offered will be tantamount to the completion of the assessment. 14. The competition as tenderers may not be attended by a syndicate and his spouse, preliminary, deputy, siblings, the person who is with him in relation to the adoption or spouse of such a person, as well as the person in the actual relationship with him, who runs the household together. 15. The conditions for accession and admission to competition proceedings shall be the timely submission of an unconditional written offer of purchase of the item of sale together with proof of payment of the security. The offerer shall bear all costs related to the preparation and submission of the offer and the purchase of the subject matter of the contest. The tenderer shall be entitled to submit only one tender, the tenderer who has submitted more than one tender shall be excluded from the proceedings. 16.
