Other objects and objects not permanently connected to the vehicle that can be seen in the pictures are NOT the object of the auction.   There is no valuation.   The beginner is responsible for the organization of the transport and the associated costs. The entrant undertakes to remove all letterings from the vehicle.   A separate identification of the tax in the transfer certificate is not possible due to the tax exemption of the city of Riedenburg. The maximum bid shall be net equal to gross.   payment within 10 days of the closing of the bid;   The vehicle will be deregistered. The collection of the vehicle will only be approved after the final bid has been received. The collection must be made within 10 days of receipt of payment at the latest.   It is recommended that the vehicle be inspected before the bid is made. A viewing date must be agreed on time.   The object of the auction is exclusively the described vehicle. Other vehicles, machines, equipment or other objects visible in the pictures are not part of the auction.   The vehicle should be transported on a trailer when picked up, but is also capable of driving (no red registration plates available!)  The bidder is responsible for the organisation of the necessary loading technology and load securing. For legal reasons, no support can be granted when loading.   No shipping of the goods possible. The vehicle is collected and handed over after payment and must be processed within 10 working days after the end of the auction.   It is strongly advised to visit the vehicle before making a bid.
