Danish West Indies. BREVE. 1804-1917. Wonderful collection of letters and postcards set up in 3 large albums. Contains a total of about 90 letters and medical supplies and about 130 postcards (all Franked). The collection is quite varied with better franking combinations, better stamps, destinations, routes, a little prefile, some Christmas brands incl. 2 pieces with 1907 (both tied to the shipment), nice motif cards etc. etc. Some Frankings (mainly some Fr.VIII editions) are unfortunately discoloured by incorrect and prolonged storage in plastic pockets. Very attractive collection that deserves a thorough inspection
