A pair of English George II sterling silver salt cellars, gilded interior, of oval form with fluted rim, the body embossed with rectangular ornaments, raised on four volute feet, the exterior base engraved with a coat of arms. Worn maker's mark, London 1752–1753. Weight 312 g. H. 5 cm. L. 9 cm. (2) Minimal and normal age and wear patina, including a few small and light surface scratches and marks.
