An English George III sterling silver jug, flared body, curved handle and circular-profiled base, engraved on the handle "AIM" and on the base, presumably "St Kirke Irby". Maker William Cripps, London 1779-1780. Weight 282 g. H. 12 cm. Minimal patina consistent with age and use, including minor surface scratches and marks as well as some visible maker's marks.
