DESCRIPTION: Tomasz Maj, acting in bankruptcy proceedings with the signature of the act: LD1M/GUp18/2023 pending before the District Court for Łódź The failure and restructuring shall notify the announcement of the first competition of tenders with the option of an additional oral auction concerning the sale of the following asset: Property built in the form of a single-family house with an area of 165.4 m2 with a plot with a registration number 116 located in the village of Kudrowice, covered by the perpetual book number: LD1P/00026942/0, whose market value was determined by the value of the asset value: PLN 780 700,00 gross The minimum selling price in the first competition is PLN 780 700,00 gross, which corresponds to the estimated value of the object of the contest. The sale of the object of the contest is an enforcement sale, which means that the successful Tenderer acquires the subject of the competition from the syndicate without any burden which, if disclosed, is removed from the relevant registers by virtue of the law itself. The examination of the subject-matter of the contest is possible after an earlier appointment with the syndicate or the person authorised by him at no later than 24.11.2026 until: 17:00. SPECIFICATIONS: The detailed terms of the competition and the optional oral auction, including the description and estimation of the subject-matter of the contest and the bill number for the deposit of the security are available by electronic means for all interested parties after submitting an appropriate written request to the syndicate at the following e-mail address: kancelaria@syndykmaj.pl, or by telephone after submitting the relevant oral request. LOCATION AND RECOGNITION OF THE OFFER: The selection of the competition, or optional oral auction, will take place at an open meeting at the syndicate's office at Łódź, 31 Legion Street. 6U on 25.11.2026 at 11:00 EXPIRY DATE OF THE OFFER: 25.11.2026; time: 11:00 FORMAL REQUIREMENTS: A tender may be made by any entity which, within the time limit set for the submission of tenders, submits a valid offer to the syndicate for the acquisition of the subject-matter of the contest and, at the same time, shall pay a security equal to 10% of the minimum price of the object of the competition within that time limit. The absence of payment of the security in the amount indicated above shall invalidate the offer submitted. For the sake of formal care and additional protection of the interests of the Tenderers, it is recommended to contact the Syndicate or send a message to the syndicate's telephone number indicating that the tender has been paid in tender and that the offer has been submitted by post, or that it wishes to make such an offer in person. The Wadium Offeror, whose offer has not been selected, shall be returned to him immediately after approval of the selection of the Tenderer in the contest. The security paid by the Tenderer whose tender has been selected shall be retained as a security deposit and shall be credited to the sale price on the date of signature of the contract for the sale of the object of the contest. Failure to accept a syndicate's request for a contract of sale by the Tenderer whose tender in the contest or auction was selected results in a loss of the deposit for the bankruptcy as payment of the contractual penalty by the Offer for non-compliance with the tender obligation. Offers in the competition shall be submitted only in written form, in closed envelopes without any sign of its opening with an annotation of the offers Legions 31. 6U; 91-069 Łódź by 25.11.2026 at the latest until:11:00. The date of submission of the offer shall be the actual date and time of delivery of the tender to the address of the syndicate or to his own hands and receipt of the consignment with the offer, and not the date of delivery by the Tenderer. An offer which does not comply with the formal requirements described above and does not contain all the tender information specified in the terms of the contest will be left unrecognized as an unsubscribed or invalid offer. Tenders in a possible additional oral auction shall be submitted either in person or by means of a proxy at the hearing on the recognition of tenders or by telephone communication if the Tenderer has requested such participation and the written tenders submitted shall remain in force. NOTES: Any information about the competition and the oral auction and their conduct, or any assistance in the formalities relating to the submission of tenders, shall be provided by the syndicate directly by telephone.
