A pair of Danish Louis XVI silver shoe buckles, of rectangular-domed and pierced shape, cast with winding work and leaf corner ornamentation, mounted with iron double mandrel and loop. Maker Johan Henrik Smith, licensed in Copenhagen 1754-1779. Weight incl. iron 50 g. H. 4.3 cm. L. 5.2 cm. (2) Minimal wear due to age and use. Iron with a bit of rust. The one double mandrel broken off.
