A pair of Danish Louis XVI silver shoe buckles, of rectangular-domed and pierced shape, cast with bows and wavy edges, mounted with iron double mandrel and loop. Unmarked, but presumably maker Detleff Pape, licensed in Copenhagen 1747-1772, the widow continued the workshop until 1786. Weight incl. iron 55 g. H. 4.7 cm. L. 5.5 cm. Iron with a bit of rust.
