Primehotels Oy’s bankruptcy estate sells Spahotel Casino, a well-known hotel and spa site in Savonlinna, located on the beautiful island of Saimaa, just outside the centre of Savonna, and in the middle of one of Finland’s most attractive lake landscapes. The complex consists of a rental right to a property owned by the city of Savonlinna with a land area of 9,577 m2, and a spa hotel building with an area of approximately 6,989 m2 and a floor area of about 7,341 Kem2.The building was originally completed in 1969 and expanded in 1974, 1985 and 1990.
