Børge Mogensen (1914-1972). Pair of 'The Spanish Chair', model 2226. Armchair with frame of solid oak, seat and back stretched with patinated core leather. Designed in 1958. Made by Fredericia Stolefabrik. Appears with footprints, has gone into a number of stitches, needs relimbing, marks / single rejection of legs. Acquired by salesman in the 1970s.
