The selection of the best bid will be made by the syndicate following the highest bid price criterion, taking into account the effects of any additional oral, telephone auction 7. The offerer whose bid will be accepted will be obliged to pay the remaining part of the gross purchase price in excess of the security within 14 days from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 8. The sale of the dryer to the buyer shall take place within a time limit set separately between the receiver and the buyer, after payment of the entire purchase price; receipt of the desiccant shall take effect within 14 days from the date of payment by the buyer of the whole purchase price. 12.
