The insolvency syndicate in the insolvency proceedings of Urszula Germany (KA1K/GUp-s/993/2025) of a non-business natural person announces an unlimited written tender contest for the sale of claims in the joint assets of the spouses against the bankruptcy of Andrzej Germany with a nominal value of PLN 159.00.00, included in the inventory under number 5.1, at a price not less than PLN 617,87, which represents 100% of the estimate of the claim made by the valuer Charles Łagowski in the opinion drawn up on 02.09.2026. The condition for participation in the competition is 1. drawing up a written offer to be submitted in a closed envelope with the addition of the German Urszula of a natural person who is not engaged in business activity, the competition offer of the KA1K/Gup-s/993/2025, and delivered to the office of the syndicate of the bankruptcy of Anna Duda in Krakow (30 Stańczyk 9/LU3, during the working hours of the office of the syndicate 8:30-15:00 until 16.11.2026, the date of submission of the offer, also given in the form of a letter, shall be deemed to be the date on which its impact was made to the office. The offer must be submitted in Polish and should include: 1. full details of the tenderer: company or name, registered office, full address, contact telephone and signatures of the persons authorised to represent the tenderer, together with an up-to-date copy from the relevant tenderer's register, 2. the exact subject of the competition and the proposed purchase price (exact determination of the amount in Polish zlotys); 3. a statement of the tenderer's knowledge of the legal status of the subject-matter of the sale, 4. a statement that the tenderer is neither a bankrupt nor a failed representative; 5. an undertaking by the tenderer to cover all charges relating to the transfer of the claim, 6. a statement by the tenderer of the examination of the rules of procedure and acceptance of the terms and conditions of the competition without reservation, 7. a statement that the tenderer undertakes to pay a tax on goods and services in the sum of which the obligation to charge and dismiss it will arise on the seller's side in the light of the tax provisions in force on the date of delivery or in the total of which it will be determined by a final decision issued by the competent tax authority, 8. any authorisation or consent if, due to the person or the firm of the buyer, they are legally required by the date on which the tender is submitted, 9. a statement by the tenderer that the tenderer submits an offer at his own expense and risk and takes note that no costs associated with participating in the competition will be reimbursed by the mass of bankruptcy or by the competition organizer.
