The city of Herbchittingen sells a Hitachi ZW 95 wheel loader as part of the customs auction. The entrant undertakes to remove all letterings from the vehicle.   A separate identification of the tax in the transfer certificate is not possible due to the tax exemption of the city of Herbrichtingen. The maximum bid shall be net equal to gross.   payment within 10 days of the closing of the bid;   The collection of the vehicle will only be approved after the final bid has been received. The collection must be made within 10 days of receipt of payment at the latest.   It is recommended that the vehicle be inspected before the bid is made. For legal reasons, no support can be granted when loading.   No shipping of the goods possible. The vehicle is collected and handed over after payment and must be processed within 10 working days after the end of the auction. The final bid price must be paid by bank transfer indicating the end of the auction, indicating the intended use, to an account of the City Treasury of the city of Herbrichtingen.   It is strongly advised to visit the vehicle before making a bid.
