EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is a share of 1/2 in cooperative ownership right to residential premises No. 27, located in Siedlce on the street of Mieszka I in residential building No. 16 (KW building no. SI1S/00085917/0), pow. 48,23 m2 for which the District Court in Siedlce VI Department of Perpetual Books runs the perpetual book no. SI1S/00050718/1 (the subject premises no. 27 is located on the ground floor, consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom, wc and hall), at the most advantageous price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 170 500,00 (say: one hundred seventy thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
