EXCLUSION FROM THE SALE REGULATION. 1. The object of the sale is a share of 1/2 in cooperative ownership right to garage 3 in box G, located in Siedlce at ul. He lives in I, oh, pow. 15,81m2 for which the perpetual book was not established (the subject-matter garage is located at No. 54/57 of KW No. SI1S/00087336/7 where Siedlecka Housing Cooperative is entered as owner in participation up to 243744/29330), for the most advantageous price for the bankruptcy mass, not less than PLN 25 500,00 (in words: twenty five thousand five hundred PLN 00/100). 2. The condition for participation in the tender contest is to pay a security of 10%, the price of the calling property for which the offer is submitted, as indicated in §2 of the Rules of Procedure.
