The sale shall be made free of charge on the basis of the order of the Judge-Commissioner of 25 September 2026 authorised by the syndicate to sell the following claims: 1. Credit to Dariusz Grzywaczer DAG Speed The subject of the sale is the claim of PHANTOM sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy against Dariusz Grzywacz carrying out business activities under DAG Speed, including the claim resulting from the invoice dated 9 November 2023 No 23/11/11, in the amount of EUR 2 700,00 principal, together with the due statutory interest for late commercial transactions. The initial selling price is EUR 2 160,00, i.e. 80% of the principal amount. 2. Authenticity vis-à-vis MAAK Transport sp. z o.o. The subject of the sale is the claim of PHANTOM sp. z o.o. in bankruptcy vis-à-vis MAAK Transport sp.z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, including the claim resulting from the invoice dated 21 February 2023 No 23/02/14, in the amount of PLN 17 352.83 principal receivable together with the due statutory interest for late commercial transactions. The initial selling price is PLN 13 882,26, i.e. 80% of the principal amount. SALE RULES Each claim is a separate item of sale. Sales are carried out in free-of-hand mode. The sale of the claim will be made to the highest bidder. The purchase price shall be paid on a one-off basis to the bank's bankruptcy account within the time limit indicated in the contract for the sale of claims. EXPIRY DATE OF THE OFFER Tenders shall be submitted by 10 November 2026.
