Auction takes place without radios and printers etc. Unlike shown on the photos, the radio technology was completely expanded. In the case of private purchases, inscriptions and signalling devices shall be removed.   No warranty can be given on the completeness of the vehicle accessories (such as: first aid kit, tools, descriptions).   The following shortcomings are known: -Breaks behind worn/defected - Tank indicator defective -No TÜV   Age and usage-related wear marks such as dents, scratches, paint damage and dirt are present to a small extent. In the dashboard and crew room there are holes or openings, which were created by the expansion of installations such as radio and chargers, etc. Maintenance and repairs were carried out regularly.   On the basis of the attached photos, most of the points of the body were attempted, but it is explicitly pointed out that further defects could be present. A value assessment is not available.   If still pictures of individual parts or special points are desired, these can be requested (best before bidding) and would be sent by e-mail. Of course, a visit on site is possible after appointment.   Please inform yourself about the registration regulations at your respective car registration office before making a bid.   The acquirer is obliged to remove all the emblems on the vehicle. The vehicle must be picked up within 14 days (Monday to Thursday from 7 - 16 and Friday from 7 am to 12 pm) after confirmation of receipt of payment (collection only by prior appointment). Should the payment not be made within the time limit, it will be auctioned in accordance with the GTC of the customs auction and, if necessary, demanded compensation. In case of non-time collection, a stand fee of € 50.00 per day will be charged. An extension of the deadline is only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation.   The purchaser is responsible for the collection and proper loading (charge protection). For reasons of liability, no personnel or equipment can be made available upon handover. A loading or loading aid on site cannot be provided by the auctioneer. The pickup confirms with its signature that it is familiar with the valid legislation on securing cargo and transport goods.
